An Idea can gives you the creativity business. Execution can give success more than an Idea. Still we are finding ourselves about the business, that we are going to start or already done.

Business needs its value more than the money. Yes, everyone feels in their heart that the money is the primary factor on starting the business. But, we need a value for our business. The value is nothing but it's an appearance, what we say like Vision, Mission, Goals, Statement for our business.

The Appearance for a business makes it different in the society, not only in the value but a trustworthiness. Mostly for any business, the value appeared or referred to as VISION, MISSION and GOALS.

VISION is nothing but it's a perspective, what would you want to be or where you want to go ? A Future one and it needs to be a primary one for the business. If my business is a Service oriented, then what thing i can provide in the future by the business. For a Hospital Organization they want to execute a better service for the Patients and a healthy Society in the future. So, Execute a better service and making a society as healthy is a Vision here.

Vision simplifies a psychological one and depending on personal beliefs with their time.

MISSION is a reason for being in the Business. It is the nature of business, how would you do the business or how do we make it ? Providing Service to the customers and a reply from customers connects the mission. Mission is different from the Vision; Vision is what the company wants to become and Mission is what about the Company and its sales or service.

A Tutor's mission can be, help the students to acquire knowledge from the Particular Subject.

GOAL(s) is an Identity of Business, a desired impact of Planning with a time bounded. A Business must achieve its plan in a period of time. It may be short term or a long term planning, but it should attainable. Goals makes sense of a business and a motivated one on every plan you want.

Our Goal is to sell 2 Million Books this year, Sounds nice !
