FII and DII Trading activity – June 2020 The Stock Market has been on the rise for the past three months since the fall of March 2020. However this is said to be as a Warning Signal. There is a big gap between the Current numbers on Global Indices and the Economy. For the period of June 2020 on trading activity, there are 22 trading days in the month. Both the Foreign investors and Domestic investors were came as a Net Buyers for the month of June. This moment was also happened in the month of May 2020. The FII had bought shares of worth Rs. 1,55,215 Crore and sold shares of worth Rs. 1,49,723 Crore in the last month. So, the Net Purchase was said to be Rs. 5,493 Crore. On the other side, the Domestic Investors (DII) had a gross purchase of Rs. 1,00,174 Crore and the gross sales of Rs. 97,740 Crore. The Market boom was done due to the announcement of Corporate Tax cut by the Finance Minister. However the contribution of Foreign Investors remains low as economic factors have not yet returned to the Growth Side. In September 2019, the FII had bought shares of worth Rs. 1.03 Lakh Crore and Sold shares of worth Rs. 1.10 Lakh Crore. So, the Net Sales turned into Rs. 6,624 Crore for the Foreign Investors at the end of Last month. Last November this year, Crude oil prices were fell sharply and Rupee gains against US Dollar. WTI and Brent Crude Oil prices went nearly $50 and $60 respectively in the end of november 2018 . Monthly trading activity of FII and DII – September 2018   There is a good day for anyone in the September 2018, but for the Indian Stock market – it’s a bad weather for the entire month which the Nifty 50 and the biggest Bombay Sensex had not performed well.  The Sensex closed with the starting day of the September with 38,312 points and Nifty 50 of 11,582 points. The Nifty finally closed the month of 10,930 points and the BSE Sensex with 36,227 points.  So, it was felt down nearly (-6) percent in the month of September. The Mid and Small cap both were went down more than (-12) percent.  Globally, Dow jones and Nikkei were on the positive sides.
