Motivation - An illusion or illumination ?

 

Why Motivation plays a big role in a life of human beings. A Child needs a motivation from the parents to wake without slippery. A Student need a motivation from the teacher to score a good grade. An Employee needs a motivation from his boss to work effectively. We are seeing from the Day-to-Day life motivation and also its become an essential one.

 

Can i give a Motivation Speech ?

 

Sounds good, who is authentic to give a motivation speech ?  People have a mindset related to motivation that they have a criteria. Who is eligible to give the motivation where they give their ears to hear. That is,

 

" SUCCESS PEOPLE IS ELIGIBLE TO GIVE MOTIVATION "

 

 

But in a real world - Parents, friends, relatives having the quality to give motivation. Yet we are not accepting such motivation. Due to this, everyone just stubborn in their mind and fill the space with Celebrity, Well being Entrepreneur or the famous one. It's the reason behind that we could not change our thinking on Politics too.

Successful people always have a knowledge and skills on their profession and they are good at Story telling. We also as a listener just enjoying the moment of listening like Watching movie dialogues (Amitabh Bachchan, Rajini Kanth) of the celebrity and a thought to started their life with the same. However they are a poor or a middle class play in their life, but they agreed with the movie dialogues. We had seen in the so many Indian movies that the Hero of the movie started his life as a poor and they finally reached a predominant position after so much struggling and fought with opposition. People also needs a Happy ending moment and this illusion decides the life.

Every successful one narrates the story of their own life and profession, but not for the everyone. We really need to list out the things related to the hard time, how the successful people were faced. How they get motivated themselves on the failure days. But the people have the intention to live by the motivation words and not to learn from the mistakes the successful had. So, you just listen to the hard times.

Most of us after reading the Success stories, appraising them and then turn back to their normal life. Only a few people have the gutsy to analyse the real life and match with the success words. Others, they are searching for another tale of success stories and looking for the stage for listening. Yes, Listening is an interesting :)

Listening of motivation makes joy, but you should workout the plan for success. Execution is always an important thing to play a vital role. The Famous Narendranath Datta known as Swami Vivekananda had a lot of lectures on self confidence.

" Swami Vivekananda and his disciple after getting bath from the river, they back to Ashram. On the way to Ashram, they heard that one Rickshaw wala ask people to lift his Rickshaw from the mud. Disciple are ready to help him. but Swami Vivekananda stop them and continue their walk. After some time, another Rickshaw wala facing the same issue, but he did not ask anyone support. He just try himself to lift the rickshaw from the mud. Swami Vivekananda was instructing his disciple to help them. After lifting the vehicle, the disciple asked Vivekananda, 'Why you not insist to help the previous Rickshaw wala ? '.

Swami Vivekananda replied, ' The Previous man was asking help from others and not believing himself, but the next man had on his own belief and try to list out his problem. If people believe themselves, and they can sort out their problems ".

If people believe themselves and sort out their problems, they can get support from outside. If they are help to sort out their problems, nobody will support them. People stands in their existing position in their life, Since no more improvement done.

 

MOTIVATION IS AN ILLUSION WHO HEARD THE MOTIVATION SPEECH AND WAIT FOR THE TIME.

 

Motivation is aN illumination who hears the motivation speech and not to wait for the Right time.

 

Motivation is just like an accessories, but not a whole part of life. " Believe yourself, Don't be a sheep ", Don't searching a leader to follow.  You are the Leader, you can !
